id의 내용은 guid 이고 자세한 내용은 Elements 에 있다는 내용

Simple이라는 링크가 104번(공지사항)에 생기고 이벤트는 수정 될때 인데 링크를 누르면 만들어 놓은

SampleUrl로 이동이 된다 라는 뜻이다.
